You can arrive by el dorado avenue (26th street), return by Rojas avenue and take the parallel to the exit to Av Boyaca, Kuyay Hostel is just behind PriceSmart

Transmilenio (BUS)

You should get off at Av Rojas station, walk across the petrol station and walk around of price smart Supermarket
